I have added Ed to the 'Friend's Blogs' list. Ed is one of the ex-TFG crew I still keep in touch with. I have gone and seen his bands in their various stages. First it was just Ed as 'The Bobcats'. Ed would rock the Linneman's crowd on Wednesdays. Then there was the updated line-up with a keyboard player and a . Then he hooked up with some more people and formed The Candyland Riots. They played a show at the Todd Weir auditorium on the campus of MSOE in the summer, which kicked major butt. The band and Ed are based out of Chicago these days.
He posts frequently and they make me laugh.
Speaking of things that make me double over in laughter if you have ever worked or talked to people that work at TFG you will find these employee testimonials hillarious and frankly bull. I doubt they represent the opinions of the rank and file, there is more turnover there than a pastry shop.
the funny part about it is that the testimonials are probably real since everyone knows that los swede grande will read them and want to know who the team player is.

Word!
The TFG Testimonials are must read for those of us who were at one time enslaved in a cube farm. And as far as the turnover rate. I knew the place lacked any real professionalism wehn the "Sullet" finally had enough and left. (that guy delt with the bullshit better than anyone)
