BBQ meat can lead to prostate cancer. That is baaad news heading into the BBQ season here in Milwaukee. I guess I'll have to adjust my 'extra carbon' (read: burnt) style of grilling.
Mark my words, I will venture into the seafood realm for this grill season. Some tuna steaks and shrimp seem to be the safest for a novice like me to try.
yeah grilling isn't supposed to be on high heat anyway. the reason it gets bad is when people let stuff burn. i think that boiling brats first would help, and watching them closely for grease fire.

I'll cut back on the searing and just do the slow cooking on the grill for the low burning effect.
