McBob's has Excellent Corned Beef

I purposely order corned beef and rueben sandwiches at new restaurants that I go to for the sake of comparison. Some of the downtown establishments sorely disappoint. Its the mom and pop shops that excel. The hands down favorite previously was Jake's. Its been awhile since I've been there but McBob's ranks right up there now. Especially since it is on the way home from the office.

Thick, juicy chunks of corned beef melted in my mouth upon biting into the sandwich. I had to do a double take it was so easy to bite into. The past couple places I've been to have had thin, dry corned beef on their disappointing sandwiches. Hooray for McBob's see you again soon.

I like benji's more. I also met a dude there who plays in a milwaukee band called atlatl. I went out to see them at the cactus club last week and they blew my mind. Off the subject... but still check them out. www.myspace.com/atlatlband. I hope thats right

McBob's has always ranked on the top for corned beef. Yummy! Their food is quite good. Check out the Sunday brunch if you have time one morning. Huge burritos too.
