Kicking it old school

Miller High Life has switched up their marketing campaign from the 'high life guy' to the 'girl in the moon'. I did like the high life guy ads referring to very manly things and such, but I do like the nostalgia of the new campaign. The tv spots show historic moments in the past 100 years and say the high life has been there through them all. If any of you Milwaukeeans have been to Otto's liquor near UWM you will remember the Girl in the Moon mural on the wall of their parking garage. Cheers!

I am officially hooked

On the HBO series The Wire. I started watching it mid-way through the third of three seasons and was really impressed. So I obtained the first second and third seasons. The first and second seasons are on DVD so if you want a good watch give 'em a rent.

Ahh a dream wedding

After just getting married myself, I could have only hoped my wedding would have turned out like this.

It's a toddler now...awwww

Am I talking about children? Not yet. This weblog www.adamap.com just passed its 2 year mark. I'll have to snazz it up a bit not that typepad has made some improvements to the features they provide.

I was'nt the first and I wasn't the last.

No Laboring on Labor Day

Hope everyone has had a happy and safe Labor Day weekend. Pete was in town so we got some wakeboarding in. I have been able to get some pop off the wake and actually get some air in my jumps. Will be wading through the video footage to see if any got captured. If not I know I've got some of Pete. Bill tried throwing a backflip a couple times. You have to have balls to do that!

Justin's 24th birthday was this weekend and we hung out and enjoyed and evening. He now has an iPod Shuffle to keep him company on his commute to and from work.

Got a lot done at Chris's building too. The guys took down a big tree to make it easier to put a fence around the property. There will be some landscaping done to replace what has been taken down.
